Arena Info - Accessibility

Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are located in the garage attached to the Arena.  Parking in these spots requires a state-issued handicapped license-plate or hangtag. Should these extra spaces be filled, there are various parking garages located around the Arena that can accommodate your needs for accessible parking.

Elevators are available on the Southeast and Southwest corners of the buildings.  Please see a 1st Mariner Arena staff member for assistance upon entering the building.

The First Aid room is located behind section 101 near the Arena garage entrance.  Registered paramedic units are on duty during each event.

Service animals are the only animals permitted with the doors of the Arena.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available at 1st Mariner Arena.  Wheelchairs cannot be assigned for the entire event; due to the limited number of wheelchairs, they may only be used to transport an individual to their seat and cannot be used outside the Arena to transport an individual to their vehicle.  Patrons are encouraged to contact a 1st Mariner Arena staff member upon arrival to make arrangements for their wheelchair needs.

Accessible seats and hearing-impaired seats are located throughout 1ST Mariner Arena. These seats may be purchased in advance by calling the Arena at 410-727-7811 (This is a voice mail box; calls will be returned in the order received), by calling Ticketmaster Customer Service at 410-547-SEAT(7328), or by visiting the 1st Mariner Arena box office in person.

Guest Services is located behind section 227 on the second floor, across from the ATM.  Guest Services assists patrons with information regarding the building and the event, seat relocations, ticket sales to upcoming events and all customer service needs.  Assisted listening devices for the hearing-impaired are available at guest services for patrons. Patrons will have to leave their license in exchange for the listening device.
